Letter to Hosts:
Dear Friends and Peacebuilders,
Thank you.

By stepping forward to host a weekly gathering, you are joining a worldwide endeavor dedicated to the simple, yet profound act of cultivating peace. Your willingness to hold space for others is a gift, and I am deeply grateful for your partnership in this vision, which we hope to carry forward together through the end of 2026.

This initiative is inspired by the dedication of the monks walking from Texas—a reminder that consistent, humble action can ripple outward in powerful ways. We believe that together, we are better.

As you prepare to lead your sessions, please keep the following guidance in mind to ensure we maintain a unified spirit across all our locations:

The Format
Each gathering should be approximately 30 minutes long. The core of this time is dedicated to silent meditation or silent prayer. This silence is the bridge that connects us all, regardless of our individual beliefs. All Faiths Welcome
It is vital to communicate that these gatherings are open to everyone. Whether your participants are Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, spiritual without religious affiliation, or have no faith at all, they belong here. Our shared language is PEACE.

Hosting Options
You have full flexibility in how you gather. Your event can be:
-
Private (in a home) or Public (community center, park, place of worship)
-
In-person, via livestream, or a hybrid of both
-
The only request is that it happens weekly.
Opening Your Session
To help you set the right tone, please use the following short introduction at the start of each meeting. It centers the group on our collective purpose:

"Welcome, everyone. Today, we gather as part of a global community, united not by a single creed, but by a single, powerful intention: Peace. Whether you come from a faith tradition, follow your own spiritual path, or do not identify with any faith at all, you belong here—your presence matters.

For the next 30 minutes, let us join together in silence, each in our own way—whether through prayer or meditation as we focus on PEACE for all. As we do this, know that these prayers, meditations and vibrations ripple outward, spreading hope and healing far beyond this room or screen. Your participation is a quiet act of courage and compassion, contributing to a wave of positive energy that connects us with neighbors and strangers across cities, countries, and continents.

In this silence, we are one community—strengthening the bonds of peace with every gathering, every breath. Thank you for sharing your spirit and intention. By being here, you are giving something invaluable to the world: the gift of mindful presence and hope for a more peaceful tomorrow.

*
As part of this global effort, we will send out a very short (2 question) text each week, simply asking how many meditations you held and in what city. This helps us celebrate our growing community, inspire new participants, and witness the impact we are having together around the world.
*
Thank you for being a beacon of light in your community. By anchoring these positive vibrations weekly, you are doing the essential work of building a more peaceful world. We are honored to walk this path with you.

With gratitude and hope,
