Our weekly classes are offered in 10-week sessions, and there’s a good reason for that! We believe in creating a space where you can fully commit to your self-care, because it truly matters. These sessions help foster a sense of community and meaningful connections between teachers and fellow students. By building consistency, we can better support your growth, guiding you more effectively and helping you deepen your practice.

Additionally, this structure ensures our teachers are fairly compensated for their time and dedication, something we can’t guarantee with drop-in classes. It’s a system designed to benefit everyone involved—students, teachers, and the community as a whole.

Even more weekly group classes coming soon (especially in the fall)! More Yoga, Tai Chi, Healing Circles, Mantras, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Relaxation, and so much more to help live from your heart, heal, and connect.
