What does a Private Yoga Session look like? 

This Private Yoga session can be for you to learn more about yoga poses, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), sadhana (creating daily practices), yoga philosophy or lifestyle choices, mantra, mentorship for yoga teachers, stress reduction and much more. This can be in person or via telehealth.

Yoga can change your life, helping you to connect to your body, your mind, your spirit and to the Divine (any form that resonates with you). Yoga was created to help you find union, peace, and an open heart for welcoming healing and love.
