Awakining Within: A 6 Month Meditation Immersion

Imagine carving out a sacred space in your life—a space to breathe, to quiet the noise, and to reconnect with the deepest parts of yourself. This 6-month meditation immersion invites you to do just that. With 51 hours of live, interactive guidance, this program is a journey where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding, with meditation as your steady guide toward clarity and peace.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, meditation offers a sanctuary. It’s a practice that meets you where you are—whether you’re seeking relief from stress, a sharper focus, or a quiet space to connect with the Divine. Science now confirms what ancient traditions have long known: meditation can calm the nervous system, improve mental clarity, and nurture a profound sense of well-being.

  • A Personal Meditation Practice: Explore these diverse styles and approaches to find what feels right for you. Learn how to weave meditation into your daily rhythm, creating a practice that is uniquely yours.

  • Optional Mantra Add-On: Discover the beauty of mantras as tools to focus the mind and invite peace.

Each practice is an invitation to explore different pathways to stillness, insight, and connection.

We will have an 6 month journey together with:

6     Saturdays in person together  

10   hours of Yoga Sutras Studies in person or online  (10 Wednesday Evenings)

10   hours  of Mantra Classes  (Optional)

1    hours private mentorship in person or virtually with Gita Kali
