68/81 hour Meditation Teacher Training

For those ready to take the next step, this program offers an additional 16 -30 hours to the Meditation Immersion dedicated to becoming a meditation guide. Learn how to lead others in meditation with confidence and clarity, explore the tools and techniques for effective preparation, and deepen your understanding of holding space for individuals and groups. This add-on equips you with the skills to share the transformative power of meditation with others.

This 6-month meditation immersion invites you to do just that. With 51 hours of live, interactive guidance, this program is a journey where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding, with meditation as your steady guide toward clarity and peace.

Each practice is an invitation to explore different pathways to stillness, insight, and connection.

We will have an 6 month journey together with:

6     Saturdays in person together  

10   hours of Yoga Sutras Studies in person or online  (10 Wednesday Evenings)

10   hours  of Mantra Classes  & Mantra Workshop  (Optional)

2    hours private mentorship in person or virtually with Gita Kali
