Step out of the hustle and into a space of calm with this 30-minute guided relaxation. Imagine the blissful savasana at the end of a yoga class—only longer, cozier, and infused with gentle guided meditations/visualization/relaxation. Whether you lay down or sit back in a chair, this is your time to simply be. No yoga mats, stretchy pants, or experience required—just come as you are (yes, even in your work clothes!). Chairs are ready if you need them, and all you have to do is show up, breathe, and let the stress melt away. It’s the perfect midday escape to refresh your mind, restore your energy, and float back into your day feeling lighter and brighter.
